The following is a list of steps involved in the aXs Information Technology, LLC quality assurance process.

• Audit and Inspection: components and computer networking equipment inspected for manufacturer revision levels, part number identification and cosmetic appearance
• Initial Diagnostic: full boot and test via manufacturer's diagnostic procedures
• Revision Process: repair or replace nonworking parts, upgrade to current revision levels
• Full Diagnostic: full diagnostic test of integrated product
• Inventory Process: components and computer networking equipment are bar-coded, identified by manufacturer's serial number, assigned an inventory control number and stored in static-free, climate-controlled storage facility
• Configuration: orders are custom configured according to customer specifications
• Outgoing Diagnostic: full diagnostic test of configured product
• Quality Certification: all configurations are independently checked for quality by two certified technicians
• Packaging Process: antistatic and reinforced materials are used in our customized packing to prevent shipping and handling damage
