RES-Q Premium:

High Availability Replication: Choose this solution to build a replicated environment at the datacenter of your choice before disaster strikes. This solution is often cheaper than a traditional Hot-Site solution and is NOT subscribed to anyone else. RTOs range from minutes to hours depending on your specific requirements. In addition, use this environment for testing or development during the off season and generate a positive return on your DR investment.

RES-Q Advanced:

Set-Aside Program: Provided as either a one-to-one or shared solution, the equipment is stored at our warehouse or your datacenter of choice, to be installed and restored at the time of disaster. RTOs on this solution are typically 12-48 hours, depending on equipment location and backup/restore plan. This solution provides the best value for your DR dollar and is available for terms of 1 month to 3 years.

RES-Q Basic:

Quick Ship Services: Used to complement existing Tier I & II solutions like those above, this solution provides 2-5 day RTOs depending on equipment type. This solution can be customized to your specific needs.

RES-Q 360:

Recovery Services: This is a simple and affordable disaster recovery solution that ensures companies timely IT hardware recovery in the event of a disaster. For a low monthly fee, aXs IT's RES-Q 360 plan provides coverage for companies' mainstream data center equipment and guarantees delivery of replacement equipment within 3-5 days from disaster declaration.
